I'M GETTING BAPTIZED 2DAY!!! AND SO IS THE REST OF MY FAMILY! We all decided that we wanted to reaffirm our faith in God, so that's just what we are doing! We were baptized when we were little, but our parents told us that we could get baptized again when WE made the decision ourselves. I'm totally EXCITED!!! YAY!!! And I'm getting baptized in a lake, just like Jesus! It's totally cool!
For a long time, this has been something that I wanted to do. When we just recently went up to Tennessee, I got resaved...if you know what I mean. I felt like something was still missing though, and the one thing that I had left to do was to get baptized! It's something that God told me and wanted me to do. So now, I am!
Please pray for all of us! That we will become new in Christ and that we all change for the better, grow in the Lord, and become stronger Christians! To listen and serve God how HE wants us to, bless others and Him, shine His light, show His love, and to use the talents that HE blessed us with to serve not ourselves, but others!
Thank you SO VERY MUCH to all of you who are so special! I've really seen God shine through all of you and in return, even if you didn't know it, has helped me grow in my faith! Thank you!

| So, I had a WONDERFUL, M-AZING time in Tennessee. God couldn't have blessed me with more wonderful, m-azing people in my life. U guys are AWESOME!

May God bless u continually. He LOVES u MORE than u could EVER imagine. He's great. He's wonderful. He saved me and He can save u. I always grew up a Christian, but in Tennessee just recently, I got saved again. And it was M-AZING! I can feel God constantly changing me! All u gotta do is ask Him in ur heart and He's there. And trust me, He'll totally and definitely get u through nething!

| Howdy doodie!! (lol...idk...)
So we just finished VBS at our church this week and let me tell you, it was M-AZING!!! The theme was Medieval times and we went on the "Quest for Nobility"! Over 40 kids got saved!!! My mom and I helped in crafts of course and my dad was security, my brother helped in recreation, and of course my sister was in it.
Throughout the whole week, I really could feel God working through me. I prayed to Him that I would shine His light and show His love and that He would use me to reach out to these little kids so that if they didn't know Him already, that they would and that they would love Him SO much. I really felt Him do that and was truly blessed this week. VBS is like life-changing. I absolutely LOVE helping at it. It was an excellent way to use the talents that God has blessed me with to help make a difference in those little kids lives, in return, making it a blessing to me.
Oh, and please pray pray pray for this little girl Alexa that came. She was only able to come for 2 days, but I got to meet her and she was SO sweet. She's only like 6 or 7 and she had cancer when she was really little. Fortunately, she is now cancer-free, but due to having to do chemotherapy (sp?) and stuff like that, she's had many complications and right now she's in intensive care. So part of VBS was letting the kids donate money to cancer research. Did you know that cancer is the number one disease killer of children ages 0-20? This had a big impact on me and so I'm going to do some fundraising of my own as well. But guys, these kids were M-AZING!!! They raised over 3,000 dollars and they did the sweetest things. Some kids gave money that they got for a good report card or for their birthday. Other kids did lemonade stands and sold pictures. It was SO sweet how much these kids wanted to help out. Then we prayed for Alexa and even though I can't imagine what her parents or her are going through, I know how happy they'll be to hear how much we prayed for her. Please pray for her and her family too.
Oh, and either on Tues. or Wed. guess where I'm coming??? TO TENNESSEE!!! E-mail me, call, comment me if you guys wanna do nething!!! Plus my cell still isn't useable...so if you guys could e-mail or im me ur cell numbers, that would be wonderful cuz of course, they're only on my phone. lol :)

| YAY for car washes at 9 in the morning to raise money 4 guard!!! :) ...so don't ask me why they chose to do it that early...i personally think it should be 12-4, but what do i kno? Newayz it doesn't matter cuz my mommy came 2 chaperone and i made a new buddy. And, it was fun to act funny when cars came by and jump up and down and scream waving signs. LOL
So, I just want to give a shout out to my M-AZING family. They are one of the BIGGEST blessings in my life, and I thank God 4 them every day!!! They're always there 4 me and just the little things they do make me smile and are such a blessing. I just watched Cheaper by the Dozen on TBS. That movie is M-AZING!!! It makes me have a greater appreciation 4 my family, and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! I'm so lucky that God gave me them in my life!!!
A lot of my close friends kno that my dad had an open heart, quad bypass surgery 2 years ago. That's why father's day is so important to me. My dad almost died. The only reason I truly believe that he survived was that God still wanted him here to do something BIG and important in his life. It is truly a miracle that he is still here. And I just know that his surgeon was an angel. She was so patient and almost gave up, but she kept the faith and kept trying.
So, i personally believe that little kids are like little angels. They are truly one of God's greatest blessings. We can learn a lot from them, even though they might not know that. Like my little neighbor Sophie across the street is only 3. The other day when I was taking her home from the pool, she goes, "Christina, I love you and I like you. Ur my buddy." I thought about that, and was like, "I love and like u too Soph! U r my buddy too!" How m-azing is it that something that seems so simple to a child can mean so much to us? Just the little things they say make my day and are such a blessing. We can learn so much from them! Do you know how much better this world would be if we just took the time to stop and say something meaningful to someone we cared about or even just someone we didn't even kno, like someone who we thought could use it to brighten their day??? Think about it. I'm trying hard to do this to people I care about. I mean, I already do it, but I try to find something EXTRA special that comes to me at just the right moment. And then I tell them.

Today's Church Service was absolutely M-AZING! Beyond words. Indescribable. And we sang that song today; it's one of my favorites. :) We're doing a 4 part series on different kings in the Bible. This week's was David. Ya'll kno the story of David and Goliath...but our pastor kept talking and telling us more about David. The one psalm that he wrote while in the desert was our main reference point for today's sermon. We talked about how we could maintain a heart for God. When we think God can't help, REMEMBER that GOD'S POWER will HOLD you up. (I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and glory. Psalm 63:2) When we think God can't love me, REMEMBER GOD'S LOVE will WRAP you up. (Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. Psalm 63:3) When we think God can't use us, REMEMBER GOD'S GRACE will PULL us up. (They who seek my life will be destroyed; they will go down to the depths of the earth. They will be given over to the sword and become food for jackals. But the king will rejoice in God; all who swear by God's name and praise him, while the mouths of liars will be silenced. Psalm 63:9-11) *God's arm of grace is BIGGER than ur sin!* And today at the service when we sang and prayed, you could tell that people REALLY, TRULY had a heart for Jesus. You could just feel it. And see it. You could feel Jesus in the sanctuary. You could feel Him in ur heart. And today, that's just what I needed.
Then me and my mommy went to our VBS banquet for dinner. It's a medieval theme, and tonight they knighted all of us to be knights for JESUS because we're the volunteers for VBS. They transformed the ENTIRE SANCTUARY into a castle, with stone walls, beautiful paintings that someone did, and BIG HUMONGOUS throne for KING JESUS, beautiful place settings with grapes and candles and a cross, it was so BEAUTIFUL! Guess where me and my mommy r helping!? None other than...CRAFTS!!! :) I'm so excited that I get to impact these little kids lives with the love of God! That's M-AZING! (end of edit)
Hey guys!
Today me, my mommy, sis, my friend Kaylee, and her mom all found Hobby Lobby! YAY! (I missed that store...it's where we get all of our art stuff...lol) This summer, me, my sis, and Kaylee are all doing a painting class with my mom the artist. We're going to do 3 canvases and study paint and tecniques and stuff! I'm SO excited! So we got our canvases, paintbrushes, gesso, paint, paint books, paint trays, etc. It was AWESOME! We also are going to do drawing, so me and Kaylee got a portfolio to display our very best drawings. YAY! Did I mention that I'm SO excited!? And, we got flip-flops and bandanas to make cute flip-flops.
Then we dropped off my sissy 4 a sleepover. She gets 2 go rock climbing! :)
Then, we met my dad, bro, and Kaylee's dad for dinner at a Chinese place. It was VERY yummy. lol
Today was a VERY good day. Now, I'm prolly gonna go watch the winterguard dvd on their award-winning show "Masquerade" during just this past season with my mommy. :)
OH! And Monday-Thursday, 9-5, was Colorguard and Dance Camp! We got to help the 5th-8th graders that signed up 4 it. They were SO adorable! They did SUCH a GREAT job! We had our camp during it too at the same place, so we all did a seperate show for the parents on the last day with all the cool dance and flag moves we learned! And then we did a combined dance with all of us. It was SO CUTE! Oh...ha ha...and we had to come up with group names. Ours was the CUPCAKES! Lol...don't ask. So my friends Amy and Rose came over to make cupcakes as a joke to take in 4 snack. Everyone laughed. AND my mommy got STAR cupcake tins! So they were shaped like stars! And only my mommy and me could frost the cupcakes right...lol. Rose put like HALF a can of frosting on 2 cupcakes and Amy covered the WHOLE top, so u couldn't even tell where the cupcake started...lol! So my mommy joked around with them and was like, "Ok guys, watch Christina's technique." And I was like "BRUSH the frosting onto the points of the stars u guys!" lol. We have a pic so it will b up soon. Oh...and we had to protect Rose from the lemon cleaner. We were drinking lemonade, and Rose is just a LITTLE slow. lol. do the math. we had to put the cleaner under the sink...ha ha! Then we ate pizza and practiced outside as all the little kids of the neighborhood and our parents came out to watch us. lol Oh...and ya kno what else is funny??? Me trying to run in slow motion across the gym, twisting my ankle, and falling to the floor. lol
